Beth Scholes Counselling
Beth Scholes Counselling is goal setting, exploration, and insight building within a collaborative equal therapeutic relationship. We work towards healing, change, acceptance, and resolution by listening, empathizing, validating, tapping inner wisdom, making decisions, creating change, and resource building. We rely on skills, tools, and education in the therapeutic process which we both collaboratively bring.
